Recycled red glass plate wind chime
I don't get credit...no, I didn't assemble this however it was the perfect gift for my wonderful friend Janet. We had to say our good byes last week at work as Janet and her husband relocated out of state. I purchased it 'on a whim' at a fund raiser near Kansas City. It is really pretty and caught my eye.
The plate to remind her of those MANY dinners she helped organize, one of many things she worked hard at. As Janet unwrapped ...she asked laughing "Are there silver ware hanging too?" I said "no, however I've seen those". Actually I have one tucked away in the buffet destroyed by the Kansas winds. Someday...I'm going to string it back together.
Janet is going south where the winds are mild. I hope she like the tinkle glass pieces make...the wind will create.
We sure are going to miss her beautiful personality!
